Brett is an incredible person and realtor. He made the house hunting and buying process very smooth. I expected to be more stressed out, but he was on top of everything and kept us updated. I’ll add that we weren’t the easiest to please; example: we want a pool and a detached shop or a yard big enough for those things but we also don’t want a big yard to maintain but big enough to have a garden. That’s just one of many very specific almost contradictory must haves he was trying to find for us. Also, Brett was super patient with our 3 year old. He would help keep her entertained while we looked around houses, and he was sure to remember her must haves also (emphasis on a roof). I think they became best friends. Brett was able to narrow down what we really wanted, and help decide if a house was worth moving forward on. He continued to work hard once we found our home even though the whole deal was a bit strange (post occupancy: don’t worry, he can handle out of the ordinary). Brett went above and beyond to make sure we found a home perfect for us, and I will be forever grateful to him for having such a smooth experience buying our first home. I can’t say enough about Brett and encourage anyone looking for a realtor to reach out to him!
